As a Design Lead at Cordelta, I was responsible for steering the design process from concept to completion. Working closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into compelling, user-centered solutions.

My role involved guiding a team of designers, ensuring the creative work met high standards and aligns with project goals. I oversaw the development of design strategies, reviewed and refined deliverables, and collaborated with other teams such as engineering and content to integrate design seamlessly into the broader project vision.

My focus was on delivering high quality and effective designs that had meaningful results for our clients.

Senior Designer

KPMG (2016–2019)

As a Senior Designer at KPMG, I take the lead on crafting and executing design solutions that meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations. I’m deeply involved in the design process, from research and ideation to final delivery. I collaborate with clients to understand their goals, and work closely with my team to ensure our designs are both innovative and functional. My role also includes mentoring junior designers, providing feedback, and helping to shape our design approach and strategy. My focus is on creating impactful, user-centered designs that drive success and bring our clients’ visions to life.

Senior Designer

Limelight Cinemas (2013–2016)

As a Senior Designer working at Limelight cinemas, I was responsible for creating visually engaging designs that enhanced the overall customer experience. This includes everything from promotional materials and posters to digital signage and in-theatre displays.

I worked closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure the designs effectively communicated the brand and attracted audiences. I also oversaw the design process, managed design projects from concept through execution, and mentored junior designers.

Senior Designer

Fairfax Media - Canberra Times (2011–2013)

As a Senior Designer at Fairfax Media, I focused on crafting compelling visual content for the publications that I was responsible for with a focus on engaging audiences.

My role involved the creative direction of the publications, art directing photoshoots, designing layouts for magazines and advertising, creating eye-catching graphics, and ensuring that all design elements align with the mastheads standards and editorial voice. I collaborated with editorial and advertising teams to translate stories and concepts into visually appealing formats, I oversaw the design process from the initial concept to final output, and mentor the mid-level and junior designers in my team.

My aim was to deliver high-quality designs that not only captivated our readers but also supported our mission of delivering engaging content.
